Dr. Damaris Browning, DDS is one of the office’s friendliest dentists. Her goal at South Valley Dentists is to help patients obtain and keep a healthy smile. Dr. Browning received her doctorate in dental surgery (D.D.S) from the University of California San Francisco. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Biology from University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Browning has completed several externships at clinics near and around the Bay Area including the oral surgery department at San Francisco General, La Clinica De La Raza of Oakland and Chico’s Family clinic.

Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Browning was a research associate with the department of hematology/oncology at University of California, Los Angeles. Her work included trying to find a screening marker for early detection of ovarian cancer and stem cell research. Her work has been published in The Journal of Immunology and DNA Cell Biology. She is fluent in Spanish, and in her spare time she spends it with her daughter and husband.
